Just in time for World Chocolate Day on July 7, Kilwins is rolling out a limited-edition indulgence that blends rich chocolate tradition with a Middle Eastern twist. Say hello to the Dubai Chocolate Truffle: a pistachio-filled, kataifi-crunchy, chocolate-drenched bite inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar that’s taken over social feeds everywhere.
This new release is more than just dessert—it’s a decadent flavor trip wrapped in fair-trade chocolate. And it may just be the sweetest passport stamp you’ll ever collect.
What makes it a Dubai-style truffle?
The Dubai Chocolate Truffle is Kilwins’ gourmet take on the trendiest luxury chocolate out there. Here’s what you get in every dreamy bite:
- A soft pistachio cream center
- Crispy kataifi pastry layers (think: delicate shredded phyllo dough)
- A generous dip in Kilwins Heritage Chocolate, in either Milk or Dark
- Elegant packaging that makes it perfect for gifting (or hoarding, we won’t judge)
“At Kilwins, we’re proud to introduce our Dubai Chocolate Truffle – our luxurious take on a traditional Dubai chocolate bar. As one of the largest chocolate retailers in the U.S. to offer a Dubai-style Chocolate, we’re committed to offering our customers something indulgent and distinctive. We hope our customers enjoy every bite as much as we enjoyed creating it.” Angie Eckelkamp, chief marketing officer at Kilwins.
Where and when can you get it?
The truffles will be available in very limited quantities at about 150 Kilwins locations nationwide, beginning July 7. Each customer can buy up to six Milk and six Dark Dubai Chocolate Truffles.
Why the cap? Kilwins is expecting a major sellout, and it wants as many people as possible to get a taste. Depending on customer demand, the brand says it may do another run later this year.

Sweet heritage, modern twist
Kilwins may be known for nostalgic treats and in-store fudge paddling, but this launch proves it knows how to stay culturally relevant. This limited-edition truffle taps into several key trends:
- Global flavors: Middle Eastern-inspired ingredients are rising in the U.S. chocolate scene
- Luxury snacking: Viral chocolates with gold foil and gourmet profiles are in high demand
- Limited drops: Small-batch exclusives drive excitement and social sharing
And the chocolate itself? Kilwins Heritage Chocolate is made in the U.S., Fair Trade Certified™, and produced exclusively for Kilwins stores. Quality is still the cornerstone, even when the format is trending.
