Just in time for National Ice Cream Day, My/Mochi is rewriting the frozen treat rules again—with a chewy, creamy, cookie-loaded twist. Meet the new Mochi Ice Cream Sandwich, a mash-up designed for texture lovers and flavor adventurers. It’s soft mochi ice cream hugged by two fresh-baked cookies, and it’s dropping exclusively on Gopuff, the Gen Z-favorite delivery app, starting July 20.

Yes, your taste buds just did a happy dance.

More than a snack

This isn’t just another summer treat—it’s a textural experience. Gen Z doesn’t just want sweet, they want chewy + creamy + melty + crunchy. That’s why My/Mochi’s new sandwiches are built to deliver what they call “textural joy.”

And the flavor pairings?

  • Strawberry Mochi Ice Cream + Sugar Cookie
  • Vanilla Mochi Ice Cream + Chocolate Chip Cookie

Each one is single-serve (2.45 oz) and priced at $2.99, making them an easy add-on during a snack haul. They’re perfect for a heatwave craving or a mid-scroll sugar fix.

Gopuff gets the first bite

The launch is exclusive to Gopuff, the instant commerce platform that already knows how to feed Gen Z’s impulse cravings. Gopuff users have been going wild for frozen “Chunks, Bites, and Dough” this year—up 220% year over year—so this is landing at exactly the right moment.

The mochi ice cream sandwich is part of a bigger move to stretch the boundaries of where mochi can go—from frozen aisles to handheld desserts, and eventually, even into new meal occasions.

  • Wrapped in My/Mochi’s signature chewy mochi dough
  • Pressed between soft-baked cookies
