Mrs. T’s Introduces Snack Pierogies, Expands Frozen Snack Line With Air Fryer Option

Shenandoah, Pa. — Mrs. T’s Pierogies has launched a new frozen snack product called Snack Pierogies. It is a bite-sized version of its traditional offering. The product is designed for faster preparation and air fryer use.

The rollout began in select U.S. grocery retailers in March 2026. Each bag is priced at $6.49. It contains approximately 50 pieces.

The product is positioned within the growing frozen snack category. It targets families looking for convenient, quick-prep options. It is especially aimed at after-school and between-meal occasions.

The company has introduced four varieties. These include Cheddar Sour Cream & Onion and 5 Cheese. They also include Cheddar Ranch Seasoned with Bacon and Jalapeño Popper.

The products use a modified dough formulation. This helps reduce cooking time. They can be prepared in about eight minutes using an air fryer or oven.

Consumers can find the product in the freezer aisle at select retailers and through Instacart at participating locations. A dedicated product page and listing page are available via the brand’s website for additional details and store availability.

According to company leadership, the new line builds on prior limited distribution tests. In a statement accompanying the launch, Alyssa Panzarella, Director of Marketing at Mrs. T’s Pierogies, said the expansion reflects demand for convenient snack solutions that appeal to both parents and teens.

She noted that the product is designed to be “substantial enough” for teens while remaining simple to prepare independently, pointing to a broader shift toward self-serve meal options among younger consumers.

The Jalapeño Popper flavor will initially be limited to select regional retailers, with broader distribution expected later in the year.

Frozen snacks continue to evolve with air fryer demand

The launch aligns with continued growth in the frozen snack segment. It also reflects expansion in the convenience food category. This is especially true for products optimized for air fryer use.
