ARLINGTON, Va. — Nestlé USA’s coffee creamer brand natural bliss is launching a new marketing platform called “unexplainably blissful™”, introducing updated packaging, new dairy creamer flavors, and a limited-edition experiential promotion designed to elevate everyday coffee rituals. The campaign also includes a collaboration with actress Meghann Fahy and the release of two new creamer varieties (Chocolate Caramel Truffle and Chai Vanilla Latte) alongside the brand’s existing Vanilla flavor.
The new products are available at grocery stores nationwide with a suggested retail price of $5.99 for a 32-fl.-oz. bottle, though prices may vary by retailer. The launch follows a broader brand refresh aimed at highlighting the product’s four-ingredient dairy creamer formulation.
As part of the campaign rollout, natural bliss is also introducing a limited promotional experience called “High Creamer & Coffee,” a coffee-focused interpretation of traditional high tea. The promotion includes limited-edition kits that fans can claim online during two scheduled releases.
Limited-edition High Creamer & Coffee kit drops
Consumers will have two opportunities to claim the free promotional kits on a first-come, first-served basis on March 13 and March 20 at 2 p.m. ET through the brand’s promotional page.
Each kit includes:
- The new Chai Vanilla Latte and Chocolate Caramel Truffle dairy creamers
- A 4-oz. jar of limited-edition “Clotted Cream-er”, inspired by the brand’s Vanilla creamer
- Curated scone recipes designed to pair with the flavors
According to Matthew Basler, director of brand marketing for Nestlé’s Coffee & Beverage Division, the new creative platform is designed to highlight the brand’s simple ingredient list while positioning the creamers as an indulgent addition to daily coffee routines.
Basler said the campaign explores how “something made with just four quality ingredients” can still deliver a rich and indulgent taste experience.
Fahy, who partnered with the brand for the campaign, said the collaboration reflects her personal coffee routine and the role small rituals can play in busy schedules.
Why it matters
Coffee creamers have become a major growth segment within the U.S. grocery beverage category, particularly as brands compete to capture at-home café culture and premium coffee habits. Flavor innovation, limited-edition drops, and experiential marketing campaigns are increasingly common strategies used to maintain consumer interest.
natural bliss’ campaign reflects a broader industry trend in which brands blend product launches with lifestyle storytelling and social media activations. By combining a new creative platform, celebrity partnership, and limited-release promotional kits, the brand is attempting to build cultural attention around what might otherwise be a routine flavor expansion.
For large food manufacturers, these campaigns also serve as testing grounds for consumer response to new flavor profiles before broader retail expansion.
Editor’s note: Source86 perspective
For ingredient suppliers and private label producers, the natural bliss launch highlights an important shift in the CPG coffee category: flavor innovation paired with experience-driven marketing. Creamer brands are no longer competing only on taste or price: they are building narratives around everyday rituals like the morning coffee routine.
At Source86, we help beverage brands and food manufacturers scale these trends through bulk ingredient sourcing, R&D support, co-manufacturing partnerships, and private label development. As consumer demand for premium flavors and specialty coffee experiences grows, reliable supply chains and ingredient transparency become critical to bringing those innovations to market efficiently. Let’s talk.
