SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — P.F. Chang’s is celebrating the Year of the Horse with a festive culinary lineup. On Wednesday, January 28, 2026, the Asian culinary brand launched its annual Lunar New Year event, featuring a limited-time menu, seasonal cocktails, and the return of its popular “Red Envelope” tradition.
The 2026 celebration is particularly significant for the chain. The horse, a symbol of strength and movement, has long been the icon of the P.F. Chang’s brand. Consequently, this year’s festivities focus on “bold, contemporary flavors designed to bring people together”.
The Menu Details
From January 28 through February 24, 2026, guests can enjoy dishes that blend tradition with modern flair.
- Symbolic Eats: The menu features Long Life Noodles, a dish traditionally eaten to ensure longevity and prosperity.
- Dumplings & Buns: New and returning favorites include Pork Belly Bao Buns, Sizzling Dumplings, Miso Lobster Dumplings, and Butternut Squash Dumplings.
- Main Course: The savory Black Pepper Filet anchors the entrée selection.
Festive Sips
The beverage team has crafted a special cocktail lineup to toast the new year.
- The Midnight Gallop: A new $8.99 cocktail mixing ripe blackberries, black cherry, lemon, and vanilla. Guests can choose between Espolòn Reposado Tequila or Evan Williams Black Bourbon.
- Other Options: The menu also lists the premium Lunar Elixir ($12.99) and the approachable Frosted Cranberry Cosmo ($8.99).

The Red Envelope Tradition
P.F. Chang’s is also bringing back its “Red Envelope” giveaway. Every guest who dines in during the celebration period will receive a randomized red envelope.
- The Surprise: Inside each envelope is a special offer, such as a free appetizer, sushi roll, mini dessert, or a BOGO entrée.
- Redemption: These offers are redeemable on a future visit from February 25 through April 7, 2026.
“We’re proud to honor the holiday in a way that respects its heritage while feeling relevant today,” said Jim Mazany, CEO of P.F. Chang’s. “Lunar New Year is about shared connection, celebration, and enjoying a great meal with the people who matter most.”
