Subway’s Fresh Fit menu is making a comeback with four new sandwiches designed for balance, flavor, and better-for-you dining. Each six-inch Fresh Fit sandwich features at least 20 grams of protein, a full serving of fresh vegetables, and fewer than 500 calories.
