I always push my employees and people I’ve worked with before to, every quarter you’ve gotta be able to put a bullet point into your resume and if you are not, then you should speak to your manager right? It is not necessarily actually putting a bullet point on your resume but you should be doing work that is different every quarter, adding value in a different way or growing so that you can continue to grow within the business. And if you want to leave or find something else, you should have a resume that stands by and that you are proud of.”
