BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse Introduces Biscoff® Pizookie®, Brings Back Dubai Chocolate Pizookie®

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. — BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. is expanding its dessert lineup with the launch of a new Biscoff® Pizookie®, available starting April 30, as part of a broader push to align with trending flavors in the dessert category. The casual dining chain is also reintroducing its Dubai Chocolate Pizookie® for a limited time. Both items build on BJ’s established Pizookie® platform, combining freshly baked cookies with ice cream and layered toppings, as consumer demand for indulgent, shareable desserts continues to grow.

The Biscoff® Pizookie® features a baked sugar cookie topped with two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream, finished with cookie butter drizzle, Biscoff® crumbles, and a whole cookie. The returning Dubai Chocolate Pizookie® includes Ghirardelli® chocolate chunks, pistachio sauce, toasted kataifi, and a hardened chocolate shell.

According to BJ’s Restaurants, the new offering reflects increased interest in globally recognized flavors and dessert-driven dining occasions tied to seasonal events like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and graduation celebrations.

Collaboration taps into Biscoff® growth trend

The launch comes as Biscoff® continues to expand its footprint in the U.S. dessert and snack market. The growth is driven by demand for its caramelized cookie flavor. Its versatility across formats, including spreads, baked goods, and beverages, has also contributed to its rise.
