Cold Stone Creamery Launches New Holiday Creations and Cakes for 2025 Season

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (Nov. 19, 2025) — The U.S. ice cream chain Cold Stone Creamery announced the arrival of its new limited-time holiday-themed Creations™ and cakes, available through January 6. According to the company, the seasonal lineup features gingerbread, marshmallow, Moose Tracks® fudge, graham cracker, and other nostalgic winter flavors designed to boost consumer engagement during peak holiday traffic.

The brand confirmed two new Creations, two new cakes, and a seasonal gift-card promotion aimed at enhancing both in-store retail and online ordering channels.

Cold Stone’s new Holiday Spice and Everything Nice blends Frosted Gingerbread Ice Cream with Ginger Snaps, Vanilla Icing, and Holiday Sprinkles — positioned by the brand as the “warmth of the season” in frozen format.

For consumers looking for a richer dessert, S’more Moose Tracks®, Please! features Marshmallow Ice Cream made with Moose Tracks® Fudge, a Graham Cracker Pie Crust, Marshmallows, and an additional layer of fudge.

The two holiday cakes — Iced & Spiced™ and Layer on the Moose Tracks® Fudge — introduce yellow cake and devil’s food cake varieties paired with the same limited-run ice creams, wrapped in Cold Stone’s signature fluffy white frosting.
