
LAS VEGAS — Five Guys is shaking up its “no-frills” reputation with a massive new flagship location on the Las Vegas Strip. On Thursday, January 15, 2026, the brand announced the opening of a 10,000-square-foot restaurant inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort, featuring several firsts for the chain, including a full bar and an all-day breakfast menu.
The new location, which is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 a.m., is designed to cater to the unique rhythms of Vegas tourism, offering breakfast sandwiches made with fresh-cracked eggs alongside its standard burger and fry offerings.
A “Boozy” Twist on a Classic
The most significant departure from the standard Five Guys model is the inclusion of a full walk-up bar. For the first time in the country, a Five Guys location will serve beer, wine, frozen cocktails, and—most notably—specialty alcoholic milkshakes.
A separate, dedicated milkshake station will handle both the classic shakes and the new “boozy” variations, ensuring efficient service for guests looking to indulge.
Edward Pizzarello, the franchisee behind the Grand Canal Shoppes location, described the strategy:

Vegas-Specific Design
To match its surroundings, the restaurant features a design overhaul distinct from the brand’s typical red-and-white tiled aesthetic. The flagship includes custom murals and neon signage inspired by classic Vegas iconography, such as dice, playing cards, and a “Vegas Vic” motif.
However, the brand is keeping one foot firmly in tradition: a glass-walled potato prep room allows guests to watch the hand-cut fry process, emphasizing the “fresh, never frozen” commitment that has defined Five Guys for 40 years.
Grand Opening Event
To celebrate the launch, Five Guys will host a public event on Thursday, January 29, 2026. The celebration will feature limited-time offerings, giveaways, and a community giveback component.
