In every organization, you will find exceptional leaders. I’ve always been fascinated with people building businesses. A lot of the leadership I developed was from the people that I was around, and I lean on. I remember in my first job in the US, interrogating my boss to understand how he thought about things. Always asking questions and continueing to develop patterns on how to handle different situations. I spent a lot of my time developing these patterns and being able to connect the dots to use other people’s experiences to empower my own.”

One particularly touching moment was when Eran spoke about a team member’s LinkedIn post expressing how good she feels working at Source86.
We are a people-centric organization that delivers service, so for us to be successful, we have to empower our people. From day one, my two focuses have been very finance-oriented (allocating capital efficiently) and being an ambassador for the culture of the business so that we can scale and have a team that buys into the vision of the company. We don’t want people to leave; we want to create an environment where people feel safe, secure, and empowered to do their job.”
