Big burger energy: Chili’s new big QP claps back at fast food prices

Inflation got your combo meal feeling more like a luxury dinner? You’re not alone—and Chili’s is not holding back.

With the launch of the all-new Big QP Burger, the brand is coming in hot with a fast food-style burger packed with nostalgia, value, and a whole lot of meat. It’s part of their popular 3 For Me® Menu, which includes the Big QP, fries, bottomless chips and salsa, and a drink—all for $10.99. That’s a whole lot of meal for less than the average drive-thru “deal.”

Oh, and here’s the kicker: the Big QP patty packs 85% more beef than a McDonald’s Quarter Pounder®. That’s not just shade—it’s a full eclipse.

To turn up the heat even more, Chili’s launched a cheeky promotional campaign called Fast Food Financing—a pop-up in New York City on April 16–17 where guests could “apply” for help affording overpriced fast food meals. Once “approved,” they received a Chili’s gift card and access to a speakeasy-style experience with—you guessed it—the Big QP Burger in all its juicy glory.

Because let’s face it, sometimes the only thing bigger than a fast food burger is the receipt that comes with it.
