Mendocino Farms, the premium fast-casual restaurant chain known for its chef-driven sandwiches and salads, is ready for a seasonal refresh. On Friday, February 20, 2026, the brand announced its first menu update of the year, launching a new spring lineup titled “Come Graze a While.”
The seasonal menu debuts on February 24 and will be available across the chain’s expanding footprint, which now includes over 90 locations nationwide.
The Menu: Smoky, Bright, and Fresh
Crafted by Executive Chef Jeremy Bringardner, the spring menu features three new dishes that aim to balance the transitional weather with a mix of light, bright citrus notes and comforting, savory elements.
- The Smoky BBQ Brioche Sandwich: A savory, elevated take on classic barbecue, featuring smoked pork burnt ends, a sweet and slightly smoky barbecue sauce, rainbow carrot-apple slaw, bread-and-butter pickles, and herb aioli served on a cornmeal brioche bun.
- The Farmhouse Ranch Salad: A fresh, crunchy bowl built with vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, Parmesan, “Tuscan krispies,” chives, and a mix of romaine and kale, all tossed in an herb buttermilk ranch dressing. Guests can order it vegan or add chicken for extra protein.
- The Seasonal GOAT with Sweet Citrus: A bright, gluten-free variation of a Mendocino staple. It includes chicken, goat cheese, honey-roasted almonds, oranges, shaved fennel, pickled red onions, fresh mint, romaine, and kale. It is dressed with a farmhouse vinaigrette and finished with a hot citrus honey drizzle.
“From an elevated twist on a classic barbecue sandwich to the crisp, bright ingredients with sophisticated depth in two new salads, this menu embodies the joy and lightness of the new season,” said Chef Bringardner.
Growth & Expansion
The launch of the spring menu coincides with a major milestone for the brand: Mendocino Farms is officially opening its first location in Arizona, specifically in Scottsdale.
“This spring menu pairs bright, citrusy notes with satiating savory elements — perfectly suited for spring diners in our new Arizona community, our California roots, and guests across all 90 Mendocino Farms locations,” noted Alicia Mowder, Chief Marketing Officer at Mendocino Farms.
Since its founding in Southern California in 2005, the brand has grown significantly, now operating in California, Colorado, Illinois, Texas, Washington, and now Arizona.
