M&M’S Brings Back Flavor Vote With New Bakery Collection

M&M’S®, a brand proudly part of Mars, is bringing gamification back to the candy aisle. On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, the company announced the return of its beloved Flavor Vote competition following a seven-year hiatus.

This year, the brand is asking fans to act as flavor judges by testing out the new M&M’S Bakery Collection, featuring three limited-edition twists on classic desserts. The winning candy will join the M&M’S lineup for a limited time this fall.

The M&M’S Bakery Collection

The three contenders competing for the top spot include:

  • M&M’S® Peanut Butter Cinnamon Roll: This flavor delivers a bakery-inspired bite reminiscent of fresh-from-the-oven rolls by pairing warm cinnamon roll notes with creamy peanut butter.
  • M&M’S® Cherry Chocolate Cupcake: This candy offers a balanced, bakery-inspired bite with a sweet finish by blending rich chocolate cake flavors with a hint of tart cherry.
  • M&M’S® Lemon Meringue Pie: This fresh take on a classic pie features a crispy center and combines bright citrus flavor with smooth white chocolate.

“The M&M’S bakery collection was inspired by some of the most popular dessert flavor combinations, so we’re really excited to see which variant reigns supreme with our fans,” said Martin Terwilliger, VP of Marketing for Mars Snacking North America.

Fans who want to participate in the flavor-filled competition can start voting today.

Consumers are encouraged to try the new collection and visit MMS.com/vote to cast their ballot. The voting window is open now through May 15, with the ultimate fan-favorite flavor scheduled to be unveiled in late May.
