P.F. Chang's Introduces New Limited Time Holiday Menu

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — P.F. Chang’s is celebrating the holiday season with a new limited-time menu and the launch of “Light the Fire,” a brand platform highlighting the wok as both a symbol of culinary craftsmanship and a spark for connection. The campaign revives Longlife Noodles & Prawns and adds new dishes and cocktails to the chain’s winter lineup.

Seasonal menu returns with new additions

The holiday offerings include a mix of returning favorites and new dishes:

  • Longlife Noodles & Prawns – Wok-tossed noodles with chili butter and prawns
  • Miso Lobster Dumplings – Lobster and shrimp with scallions, carrots, and your choice of miso or chili butter
  • Butternut Squash Dumplings – Butternut squash in a miso butter sauce with fresh chives
  • Black Pepper Filet – Beef filet with shiitake mushrooms, onions, and shishito peppers in a black pepper sauce
  • Butter Cake – Golden cake with miso caramel and vanilla ice cream

Seasonal drinks round out the menu, including a non-alcoholic Apple Spice Refresher and two limited-edition cocktails from P.F. Chang’s $8.99 Cocktail Collection:

  • Frosted Cranberry Cosmo – Ketel One Vodka, Triple Sec, white cranberry juice, and lime
  • Apple Spice & Everything Nice – Maker’s Mark Bourbon with apple, cinnamon, lemon, and bitters

‘Light the Fire’ campaign focuses on connection

According to the company’s announcement, the new “Light the Fire” platform celebrates the wok as “the heart of every P.F. Chang’s kitchen,” reinforcing fire as both technique and inspiration.

Chief Marketing Officer Sonika Patel said:

“Fire isn’t just how we cook — it’s our signature, our spectacle, our soul. Fire fuels the energy of our people and ignites the moments and connections made around the table.”

The national campaign, launching across digital and CTV channels, will run through the end of 2025 and includes influencer-led social media content that celebrates the art of the noodle pull, a symbolic tradition of long life and good fortune.
