400 pounds of delicious marshmallow-love
No visit to PEEPSFEST® is complete without witnessing the grand finale: the legendary PEEPS® Chick Drop. Weighing in at a whopping 400 pounds and standing at 4 feet 9 inches tall, this larger-than-life, yellow marshmallow chick is the star of the event. As the clock ticks down to the final moments of the day, the enormous chick makes its dramatic descent in a sweet countdown to the new year. The PEEPS® Chick Drop takes place on both December 30th and 31st at 5:35 p.m., marking a festive and memorable way to ring in 2025.

One of the highlights of PEEPSFEST® 2024 is the exclusive “Sneak-PEEP” tasting event, where lucky festivalgoers will get a first taste of a brand-new PEEPS® Marshmallow flavor set to debut ahead of Easter 2025. As they explore the event’s interactive stations, they’ll collect stamps and unlock exclusive goodies, creating memories and earning fun rewards along the way. For those who love to get crafty, there’s the PBS39 x PEEPS® Friendship Bracelet Creation Station. Kids (and adults!) can design their own colorful, marshmallow-inspired bracelets to take home as a keepsake. And for aspiring chefs, PEEPS® IN THE KITCHEN® will offer cooking demos where you can learn how to whip up delicious marshmallow treats with guidance from culinary experts. Limited-edition PEEPSFEST® visors will be available for purchase, with proceeds supporting ArtsQuest’s youth programming, which provides enriching experiences for children throughout the year.
