Sonny’s BBQ Debuts Limited-Time Holiday Menu With Smoky Twists on Seasonal Favorites

December 1, 2025 | Gainesville, FL — Sonny’s BBQ is launching a new limited-time holiday menu with smoked takes on classic holiday-time dishes. The menu gives fans fresh options as the brand closes out the year. It includes a Smoked Turkey Sandwich, a Loaded Sweet Potato topped with pulled pork, and a Cranberry BBQ sauce developed by the chain’s internal R&D team.

The new offerings build on Sonny’s long-running focus on slow-smoked proteins and regional barbecue flavors. The brand said the holiday mix was designed to offer satisfying dishes that travel well for takeout and food service. This is a key priority for operators during the busy season. A Sonny’s spokesperson added that the cooking team tested several early concepts before reducing the menu to items that balance sweet, savory, and smoky notes.

The company said its culinary and supply chain teams partnered with regional producers to secure consistent quantities of sweet potatoes and turkey. This approach helps ensure availability throughout the promotion.
