Taco Bell launches Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla, $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box

IRVINE, CA (November 13, 2025) Taco Bell will launch the Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla on November 20, 2025. This marks the national debut of poblano peppers on Taco Bell menus. According to the company, the limited-time item features fire-roasted poblano peppers, marinated steak, melty cheese, and Spicy Ranch sauce in the brand’s first-ever rolled quesadilla format.

The chain will also offer a $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box. This includes the new quesadilla, one Doritos Locos Taco, one Crunchy Taco, Chips & Nacho Cheese Sauce, and a medium fountain drink at participating locations.

The product details

The Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla introduces poblano peppers to Taco Bell’s menu nationally for the first time. The item layers fire-roasted poblano peppers with marinated steak, a three-cheese blend, and Spicy Ranch sauce. The rolled format creates a portable version of the classic quesadilla. The product launches November 20 for a limited time.

The $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box bundles the new quesadilla with existing menu items. The box includes one Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla, one Doritos Locos Taco, one Crunchy Taco, Chips & Nacho Cheese Sauce, and a medium fountain drink. Pricing may vary by location.

Taco Bell will give away 300 limited-edition Poblano Sweaters through its Tuesday Drops program. Taco Bell Rewards members can enter on December 9, 2025 from 2 PM to 3 PM PT through the app. The sweaters are made from organic cotton and hand-loomed by artisans. Each sweater has an approximate retail value of $75. Winners will be notified by December 12, 2025.
