Production & Sourcing
After harvesting high-quality, mature arrowroot tubers, it is checked, trimmed and thoroughly washed to rid away any dirt and debris. It is then uniformly cut into smaller pieces before it is run through the air-drying process that rids the arrowroot of moisture. After the drying process, the dried arrowroot pieces are then checked again for any contaminants, metals and debris before it is milled into a powder.
The powder is ran through a sieve until it is a fine, uniform consistency and you have your Air-Dried Arrowroot Powder!
