Capriotti’s goes gourmet

Capriotti’s, known for its slow-roasted turkey and chef-curated subs, introduced two new club sandwiches designed to elevate traditional favorites.

  • Classic Club: Featuring slow-roasted Butterball turkey, hickory-smoked bacon, provolone cheese, and prosciuttini peppered ham, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and creamy mayo.
  • American Wagyu Club: This gourmet twist replaces the ham with ultra-premium American Wagyu beef from Snake River Farms, delivering a rich, melt-in-your-mouth experience.

These additions follow Capriotti’s recent launch of its signature hickory-smoked, honey-cured bacon, which takes center stage in both sandwiches.
