Kernel grades follow American Peanut Shellers Association standards, where screen size defines each grade, and moisture runs to 9.00 percent maximum.
Whole grades carry crunch and visual identity in snacking, confectionery, and panning, where kernel sizing sets the specification. Splits and granulation are the grinding and inclusion stock for bakery, bar, and butter production at a lower cost per pound. Kernels are shelled in the United States, with Argentine, Indian, and Chinese capacity covering ground and processed formats, and aflatoxin is quantitated per lot against the destination market limit.
